Use AdaptClose from Claude or ChatGPT

The AdaptClose MCP server connects your account to an AI assistant. Ask about your calls in plain words. The assistant pulls the answer from AdaptClose.

What you can ask​

  • "How did Marcus do on the Henderson appointment? Quote the moment he lost it."
  • "Pull every call under 60 from last week and find the one miss they share."
  • "What did I score on price anchoring this month?"
  • "Weight objection handling to 30 and publish the scorecard."
  • "Grade this call: https://example.com/calls/henderson.mp3"

Before you connect​

  • You need an AdaptClose account. Connecting doesn't create one. Ask your account owner to add you, or email support@adaptclose.com.
  • You sign in with your phone number or email. The same one you use in the AdaptClose app. There are no API keys to copy.
  • You see what you see in the app. Reps see their own calls. Managers see their teams. Owners see the whole account.

Connect your assistant​

  • Claude: claude.ai, the Claude desktop app, and Claude Code.
  • ChatGPT

Sign in and approve​

When your assistant connects, a sign-in page opens at app.adaptclose.com.

  1. Enter your phone number or email, then the code we send you.
  2. Read the approval page. It names the app asking to connect and the site you go back to after you approve: claude.ai for Claude, chatgpt.com for ChatGPT.
  3. Click Approve.

If the page warns that you'll go back to an address on your own computer, approve only if you started the connection from a tool on that computer, like Claude Code.

You go back to your assistant, connected. Your assistant renews its access in the background, so you don't sign in again each day.
