Sign-in​

You sign in on app.adaptclose.com, not inside the assistant. Your assistant never sees your sign-in code. It gets an access token for your account, and it renews that token in the background.

What your assistant can see​

Your assistant sees what your role sees in the AdaptClose app, through the tools. That includes call scores, summaries, transcripts, coaching tips, scorecards, door-to-door routes, and visit checklists. Customer names, rep names, and addresses appear in that data.

Phone numbers and email addresses in call data are hidden by default. Your assistant can ask a tool to include them, for example when you ask for a customer's phone number. Scorecards and your account details aren't filtered.

What a tool returns goes to the assistant you connected, when you ask for it. Claude is run by Anthropic and ChatGPT by OpenAI. Their terms cover what happens to it there.

Transcripts are quotes​

Transcripts are what customers and reps said. We mark them as quoted speech so your assistant reads them as data about the call.

Disconnect​

Remove AdaptClose from your assistant's connectors or apps. See Claude or ChatGPT.
