Tools
You don't call tools yourself. Ask in plain words and your assistant picks the tool. Each tool follows the same rules as the AdaptClose app: you only see and change what your role allows.

What the labels mean
- Read only. The tool reads data and changes nothing.
- Makes changes. The tool adds something to your account.
- Can't be undone. The tool replaces data, or spends audio minutes that don't come back.
Your assistant uses these labels to decide when to ask you first. By default, Claude runs read-only tools without asking and asks before the others. Your connector settings can change that, in Claude or ChatGPT.
Upload a call
There are two ways to get a call graded.
- From a link. Give your assistant a public link to the audio file. This works in every assistant.
- From your computer. This needs an assistant that can send files, like Claude Code. It gets an upload link, sends the file, then finishes the upload.
Grading uses your account's daily audio minutes. Deleting the call later doesn't give them back. Ask your assistant for the call's status to see when the score is ready.
Visit checklists
Creating and importing checklists works on accounts with visit checklists turned on. To turn them on, email support@adaptclose.com.
